As an Italian, cooking has always been part of my life. I am passionate and specialized in private dining experiences for all types of guests, from visitors coming to Cyprus for a short stay to established guests living on and enjoying the island. With roots in Italian cuisine and many years of living and cooking in Cyprus, I offer distinct culinary experiences, each focused on its own identity.

Menus range from authentic Italian cuisine, from grandma’s recipes to more refined dishes, to Mediterranean and traditional Cypriot menus, always prepared as separate experiences and always using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

My philosophy is simple: great food should be remembered for how it tastes, not how it looks.

The Process

From planning to the final bite, we handle everything.

Schedule the Date, Time & Location

We begin by confirming the preferred date, time, and location for your event. Whether you are staying in a private villa, an Airbnb property, or hosting at your home, we adapt easily to different spaces and take care of all the details, so you can relax and enjoy your time in Cyprus.

Menu Planning

We choose the menu together based on your preferences, the type of experience you are looking for, and the number of guests. We propose a curated menu with a selection of starters, main courses, and desserts that work particularly well and that we are confident preparing, especially for larger groups. The menu can then be adjusted together. Vegetarian, vegan, child-friendly menus, and special dietary requirements can all be accommodated. Please inform us in advance of any food allergies or intolerances, we take these very seriously.

Pre-Event Visit (If Needed)

When required, we can arrange a short visit to your location before the event to check the kitchen space and available equipment. This ensures everything runs smoothly and allows us to plan in advance if anything specific needs to be arranged.

Grocery Shopping

We take care of all grocery shopping, selecting fresh, seasonal, and whenever possible local ingredients and products.

Preparation (Before & On-Site)

Whenever needed, we begin part of the preparation in advance. For example, meats that require marination or longer preparation times will be prepared prior to our arrival to ensure the best flavour and timing. On the day of the event, we arrive at your location and continue preparing and cooking the dishes in your kitchen.

Cooking & Service

We cook the meal on-site and serve the food to you and your guests, ensuring a smooth, relaxed, and enjoyable dining experience whether casual and family-style or more refined.
