As Italian chef, I offer authentic Italian cuisine prepared using traditional techniques and fresh, seasonal ingredients. Having lived in Cyprus for many years, I also offer a Cypriot culinary dining experience, featuring local recipes, seasonal produce, and traditional flavours. Menus are fully personalised according to your preferences and dietary requirements. Me and the team offer both casual, family-style dining and more refined dining experiences, depending on the occasion. All meals are prepared and cooked on-site at your location, unless some preparation is required in advance.
